RecruitGibraltar are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join a successful and diverse service provider to the expanding e -sports sector. Due to their continued success and expansion, our client is on the lookout for enthusiastic, innovative and dedicated people. You must live in the Gibraltar or Southern Spain area. This is a 9am - 5.30pm office based role.

What is the plan for the Office Administrator role?

The Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting administration in various aspects of the business operations, spanning finance and accounting, strategy, product management, marketing, branding, and customer experience / support. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career development and exposure to multiple facets of a niche tech company.

What will you do as an Office Administrator?

Data entry and electronic filing of documents
Supporting bookkeeping tasks
Customer Service support
Supporting the marketing team
Liaison with 3rd party service providers
Setting up new client accounts


What do you know that makes you a great Office Administrator?

You will be a recent degree graduate with some subsequent work experience or A'Levels with 1 - 2 years of office experience.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to learn new technologies and software platforms quickly.
Passion for technology and a desire to grow within the tech industry.
A high motivation level and drive to learn.

Salary £18k - £20k based on experience with bonus.
